Tony Joseph's mischievous talk

Tony Joseph on Aryan migration

Please do listen to the video where Tony Joseph talks about various migrations into India. This is a very informative video and also a very mischievous one. He conveys his thoughts in such a way that it's almost impossible to pick a fight with him. He always uses the words carefully like "some of them are like this", "there are many waves of migration", etc.

He goes on to speak about some political events that happened 2000 years before present that led to "conservatives" taking control and making the society endogamous.

He says a very interesting fact. The genetic divide between two castes in any village in India is more than genetic divide between a north European individual and a south European individual. What this implies is, though a north European country and a south European country is far apart, the genetic divide is so low, whereas though two castes are in the same village, the genetic divide between them is huge. Bloody tukde tukde conservative Aryans 2000 years ago! These bigoted conservative Aryans have created differences so big and stark that a S.European person and a N.European person are less different.

My sanghi mind works this way.

1) What was that political event which made some Aryans become bigoted and conservative and what instilled in them the tukde tukde mindset?

2) The main claim is that those "some" Aryans did not allow inter caste marriages. They somehow strictly enforced endogamy. They hated non-Aryans to the core that they wanted them dead or at best live like slaves to them. For argument sake, let us accept that the Aryans were notorious and they wanted to do tukde tukde. They should have persecuted or enslaved non-Aryans right?? The non-Aryans did not experience anything like the persecution of the Jews and Kashmir pandits. They did not experience anything like the conversion swords of Christianity or Islam. They did not experience anything like the European occupation of the North America and mass persecution of the Native American. They did not experience artificial famines that killed millions of people like in the case of Indian population during British colonization. It seems that Aryans and non-Aryans lived in the same bloody village. Both the groups looked after their own business. They not only let the other group survive, they arrived at an equilibrium where both the groups thrived. Again, for argument sake, let's agree caste discrimination existed. I condemn caste discrimination. Caste discrimination and other persecutions mentioned above are in no way comparable. Whereas, in the case of S & N Europeans, despite their lesser genetic differences, they parted ways citing incompatibilities. Such a lack of tolerance. Leave the S & N Europeans, even two N.European country men could not live in the same country.

3) It's impossible for any group to hold absolute control over other groups of people for millenias. Can, say Brahmins control other groups for 2 millenias? Even super colonizing powers with absolute power and every force at their disposal like the Britain could not control colonized counteies for more than 3 centuries. How could then "a section of Aryans" make other people obey them for 2 millenias? Are the rest of the people so dumb? Probably, the rest of the people saw a merit in endogamy. The rest of the people probably had the freewill and practised endogamy (and thereby became rigid castes) by their own will.

Please let me know what you think.
