While everyone agrees that caste based discriminations are bad and have no place in democracies like ours, DK and RSS have taken two different approaches in combatting the issue. Colossal failure of DK's fight against caste discriminations: DMK, an offshoot of DK does caste politics very ably without any remorse. It never played hard to combat the issue. The recent example in which the village panchayat president, Rajalakshmi was made to sit in the floor by a DMK village vice-president Mohan Raj, shows how casteism has been left to grow by DMK. News media (journalism) also lacks the will to expose caste discriminations by DMK members. Not a single media uttered the party name (DMK) of the perpetrator . Why do you do that, dear journalists? Why? Loyalty? So, caste discrimination when done by DMK is ok? What the !!!! . RJ Balaji - Hmmm... We know what to expect from him. Don't we. Mookuthi Amman. It was a fun, one time watch film at best. Actors have acted well. This is all that are good about the film. The antagonist Baba who is supposed to be an imitation of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji or Jaggi Vasudev ji, says to one of his devotees not to accept liver or kidney (I forgot which one) from his son for a life saving surgery. None of the real life Gurus have ever said anything like this to any of their devotees. This is a wild attempt to defame the great Gurus who have already done a lot of good things that RJ Balaji will never be able to do in his entire life time. The 'enna guarantee' trend is so stupid. Guarantees, even for the electronic gadgets, come with a lot of conditions and clauses.

It has been a day since Sindhu akka passed away. It looked like a cycle. Have the nightmares of the past started coming again (of Vidya akka)? Sindhu akka was one of the boldest ladies I have seen. Why then did she have to take her life herself? From what I hear (detailed information is of no big use here), she had planned at least a days before she ended her life. There were no visible signs whatsoever that close ones around her could decipher. She had been very determined to not tell anyone about her life problems.  I am feeling very relieved after deactivating my twitter account and my quora account. I had already deleted my facebook a couple of years ago. This is likely to give me some time to spend on books, research, RSS, and everything that can be done offline. The next milestone is drastically reducing my online time.
