Sports Day for Special Children (Autistic)

Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. has Oracle Volunteers, which is basically a social service unit. They organize events for children from ashram, orphanages and for people from old age home.

On 23rd October 2010, 1PM Vidya Vardhaka Sangha Sardar Patel High School (Opposite SONY WORLD), 1st Block Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010, Sports Day for Special Children (Autistic) was conducted. Here are few snaps from it.

Is Ramayana the Indian version of Odyssey?

I saw the below tweet from a D-stock twitter handle. The tweet in Tamil roughly translates to "Ramayana is the exact replica of the Greek literature Odyssey" The tweeter is proving his claims using some Charu Hasan's facebook post below. Let's try to approach this question scientifically which the D-stocks are fond of (or so they claim). In this blog post I am going to try and articulate the need and importance of political leverage and why the brahmin community needs it for its survival and at a later point of time, thriving. It will also be evident that communities without political leverage would be bound to undergo subhuman treatment from other communities and denial of even fundamental justice.
